Psychotherapy and Counseling
for individuals, couples & families specializing in working with
men and fathers
Hello and thank you for your interest in my psychotherapy practice in Berkeley. I believe Psychotherapy can be a powerful tool for positive change in a person's life. I work with individuals, couples and families. I specialize in working with men and fathers and couples with young children. I also work with individuals in recovery who are not actively chemically or alcohol dependent.
I work in a collaborative style, offering support and understanding, asking questions and helping you reflect on your challenges and difficulties. I assist you in finding ways to improve your relations and life. There are many reasons why people may seek therapy. Often people are experiencing some distress or feel stuck in their lives. Sometimes people are having symptoms associated with anxiety or depression, grief or loss. I have worked with people both new to therapy and those who have previous experience.
I am a clinical member of both the American Association and California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
I accept private patients and also those with whose health insurers I am a participating provider. I am also available for consultation by telephone.
Please feel free to call me to set up an appointment for a consultation or for further information or any questions about my services. (510) 644-0300.
You may contact me by e-mail. , and I am also available for consultation by telephone and video conferencing with FaceTime.
I am also the founder of the Fathersí Forum Programs. For further information on my work with expectant and new fathers visit http://www.fathersforum.com
